Time Will Heal They Say...

Yes, it has been two years. It's not that I have not moved on. I do my normal routine -  eat, sleep, laugh, talk, jog, etc. I didn't isolate myself from others. But when you suddenly 'come' and 'visit' my mind. I feel so helpless lah... *sigh* But good thing, I recite Al-Fatihah many times for you! ^_^

Oh My English - Running vs Runny

Out of sudden, I had bad flu early this morning, still flu by the way. I woke up at 3.30 a.m and been tossing and turning and restless and my nose was soooooooooo uncomfortable. Sigh~ Around 4.00 a.m, nothing much I can do so I updated my FB status on my........well current 'condition'... Somehow, later after that I managed to sleep.. What time? I have no idea....  zzzzzzZZZZZzzzz

As I reviewed my status, I just realized that I have given wrong term and word. Demm! It's 'runny nose' la!!!! TETTT! All this while, I really thought it's.. 'running nose' TETT...TETTT.. Press the wrong buzzer twice, please...  =_=" See, check out my status...Then one Captain, a colleague of mine has corrected it with the right term. Owh, that was sooo embarassing!

Not just that, he posted a photo of a 'running nose'to my FB timeline!!!! WAKAKAKAKAKA...  Okay, lesson learnt.. The correct term is 'runny nose'...  I think Teacher Nuha can blog this issues to educate her students. Or maybe am the only one who thought that the term is 'running nose'!!!! OH MY ENGLISH!! HAHAHA... 

 Anyways, the runny....nose continued and tissue is my bestfriend today.. Dubidubidu......

p/s: So this Sunday during the 7KM Milo Run, I'll be running with a runny nose!!! Good Luck to me!

Marathon Situ Sana Sini...

My coach, well the unofficial one, suggested to join at least one run every month this year. Ai, ai, Coach! So, for a start, I've joined the 12km MAKNA Run last month. I was so nervous towards the marathon day, not just butterflies but all insects were inside my stomach. During the marathon itself? Huh.. Tell me bout it.. The 12km route was the no-mercy-route +_+  At one point, I said to myself, Why am doing this? This is tough! That's it, I should call for help! Enough is Enough! I can't feel my leg!!........ Then, there was one voice whispering to my ears and mind..."It's all mind game, beb.." I remembered my coach used to say when I kept on giving excuses that I cannot run anymore. Wow, I feel like Luke Skywalker when Obi Wan Kenobi told him to, "Use the force, Luke" Wakakaka.. 8)

As I was 'fighting' with myself, suddenly a girl ran besides me and said, "Hi, let's run together because I need to distract myself while running up this hill. Why not we chat." Haaaaaa *light of hope* "SURE!" I said. Julia the savior! We were chatting and laughing and running of course. So, it's true that woman can multitask :P We passed by a few joggers and suddenly one of them screamed, "Number 4087, YOU ROCK, girl!" We were looking at each other than I checked my number. "Hey, that's my number! THANK YOU!!" :P It really recharged my energy. She said she was all the way from JB and she had to work the next day. =_=" Fuhh.. But a few miles later, I've separated from Julia and didn't even got chance to exchange number or asked for FB accounts. Anyways, Thanks, Julia. 

Alone again. :( "You're great, girl! Keep Up!" I turned and there she was, a god-sent angel! Ina's turn to help me to go through the hill! How cool is that! Ina is a lecturer by profession and she's an avid marathoner. She managed to share a few of her marathon experiences and she's a full marathon runner by the way. Wow... Can you imagine we can exchange stories while running! :P I've separated from Ina after that but manged to get her contact later after  done running :)

Alhamdulillah, it was a great start and more to come :) There's a few upcoming marathon:

19th May - 7KM Milo Malaysia Breakfast Day Run Registered!

9th June -  10KM Gaza Run 2013 (Yet to register)  Postponed to November.

30th June -  10KM SCKLM Registered!

7th July - 7KM Feel Good Run 2013 Registered!

That would be enough.. For now as Ramadhan approching in July... Ahah, during Ramadhan and Syawal there will be a different 'marathon' kan? :P He he.... May Allah bless me with health to continue with my new addiction - Running :) Amin, Insya Allah.
